Bad service I took my highlander in for a oil change and to rotate the tires. I was in the waiting room for about 45 mins and they called me to the service garage I took my highlander in for a oil change and to rotate the tires. I was in the waiting room for about 45 mins and they called me to the service garage. They told me that while they were rotating the tires, they broke one of the lug nuts. They said that I would have to buy a new one. What?!? I was a loyal customer until that time. I've been going there to get oil changes for over 10 years and bought over 5 cars there. I'm never going there again. More

Also, all of the people we've dealt with in their service department have been knowledgeable and fair through the years. When it was time for us to purchase our 2016 Camry, we worked with Terry Burke. He's an excellent salesperson and very knowledgeable about the product line. And he has a sense of humor too! Anyway, Terry made the buying process as pleasant as it could be, and we felt he always answered our questions honestly. He even came to pick us up on the day we took delivery.
