The first time we worked with Rick , he found exactly the minivan we wanted (no more), and his price was well below our web research. Rick is respectful and very knowledgeable, and he never pushes new cars on us during our occasional meetings in the showroom when we come for regular service. As Rick points out, Toyota cars simply run! We only replaced our minivan when it was clear we would want one for another twelve years. Only the brakes had to be replaced on that first minivan that we drove for 12 years. This summer Rick quickly helped us explore the many options, and we added an Avalon to our Toyota fleet. He was an excellent sales person and he has a great sense of humor. He helped me step by step and walked me through the process of getting my car. He gave me as much information as i needed but he wasn't pushy about it. He allowed me to take my time. When i was ready, he walked me through the leasing process and helped me sign papers. In a short time, i was able to pick the car of my choice, work with finance, and i was set to take my brand new car home. After we finished the paperwork, he showed me the booklets that came with the car. And then he went over everything in the car with me. I greatly appreciated it. I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a car to go to Maplewood Toyota and work with Bones. He is beyond wonderful. More
