I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and the staff I have dealt with. In years gone by my car purchasing experience always seemed adversarial and whoever was most cunning (myself or salesperson) seemed to come out on top of the transaction. This is not how Maplewood Toyota treats customers. I have always been treated honestly, fairly and with respect in both the service and purchasing process. I think Toyota makes great vehicles but this dealership makes owning a Toyota that much better (both sales and service). More

It's fun to buy a car from people who enjoy their jobs! Just bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Toyota Highlander with 50K on it from Rory Shaffer, and our closer was a charming man who goes by AJ. We were already totally predisposed to buying from Maplewood Toyota as we are the very happy owners of a 2009 Prius, and loved the Certified Pre-Owned selctions. Rory is a laid-back guy who enjoys the sales process and people, and he happened to grab a used Highlander with everything I wanted on it that had JUST come into the lot that morning! Not only did we feel very fortunate to be there at the right place and right time, we enjoyed the whole process - even the pitch for extended warranty from AJ! When you add in the fantastic service department and waiting room amenities it just gets that much better. Love the new/used car already! More

I am always greeted with a friendly welcome, and my questions always responded to. When I was having problems with my phone, I had two people working with me to solve the problem. It turned out to be a phone problem, but they spent the time and effort to verify it was not a car problem. Great Buying Experience Purchased a Highlander from Maplewood Toyota in 2012 and decided to trade in the Highlander for a RAV4. Tim Ehlenz was our sales person both times.
