After checking out a couple of other dealerships closer to my home, I became very discouraged when the sales staff I met with seemed disinterested in talking to me about a new car because there were few on the lot. When I came to Maplewood Toyota I got a totally different feeling. Rick was eager to show me on the computer what my choices were and how I could get on a list to wait for what I wanted without a down payment. He was upfront about the possible long wait but made it easy and fun to “build” the car I wanted with some flexibility in color etc. I am happy to say that the car arrived a lot earlier than I expected and was exactly what I wanted. Rick was easy to work with and always available to talk, even from his home. He also helped by giving me a trade-in price for my 2004 as well as a suggested price to sell it for on my own, which I did. I am happy with my experience at Maplewood Toyota. More
