Great Car Buying Experience I had been looking to trade in my wife's vehicle for a new Highlander for some time. I had contacted Rory Shaffer several times with questions about I had been looking to trade in my wife's vehicle for a new Highlander for some time. I had contacted Rory Shaffer several times with questions about the 2014 Highlanders, and he was very helpful in getting all my questions answered. I had bought my first Highlander from him, and he took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied the first time, so it was an easy decision to work with him again. Over the course of time, it was finally the point where I had to make a decision. By then the 2015 models were out, and Rory was awesome about making sure I was aware of all the changes to the new Highlander. After the test drive I loved the car, but figured I was in for a battle to get a decent price, both for the new Highlander and for my wife's minivan trade-in. Rory and I sat down and within minutes, he was able to get me taken care of even better than what I had hoped for. There were a few add-ons I requested, and he made sure they were installed while we did the paperwork. Bottom line; I drove out with my new car, all additions done, within a very short time, and for a price that was fair. I will definitely come back to Maplewood Toyota in the future and buy from Rory again. He went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was gone over, and that I had a GREAT experience. I would definitely recommend Rory and Maplewood Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I purchased my first car, 2011 Toyota Highlander, from here on January 17, 2015 for $22,800. Honestly I never thought that I would be able to buy a car from such a huge dealership like this because of how low my credit score was and how little money I had on me to do down payment, but they made it possible. When I said they, I really just meant Rick "R.J" Feist. He was so kind to answered my questions about how much the car was and was tremendously patient to walk me through the process of buying a car since it was my first time. He did not shoo me away when I told him of my difficulties of why I probably would not qualify to buy a car. Instead, he worked patiently along with me on how to get me approved and at the lowest and best rate. Unlike other dealership that I came across, I was not pressured to buy a car and I felt respected throughout the whole time I was here. Even after I bought my car, R.J. continues to check up on me if the vehicle was to my liking and if any problem regarding the vehicle was to arise, for me to bring it in and he would gladly help me with it. I will me bringing in my car next week to get an undercoating done for $199.00 which was the price that he negotiated for me when really it was suppose to be $299.00. I am so grateful for encountering such a great dealership and I recommend this dealership to everyone. If it is your first time buying a car or if you're on the lookout to buy a car and you're getting cold feet then I highly recommend this dealership and ask for R.J. He will try to make the impossible possible and I guarantee you will not regret coming here. More
