I like the staight-forward approach and he was able to provide me with all the details I needed without hesitations. The car was delivered clean and wasn't really planning on trading and within the hour, Vic reassured me we could make a deal. I love Maplewood Toyota and the convenience of the service until late at night. Always bring my car for the service around 10 pm and it is done within 30 min. Very happy with the lease and will continue doing business with Maplewood Toyota as long as they are around! More

Played me Bought a used car and two days later check engine light went on and cruise control began to blink. Had to bring it back twice it get it fixed, over a Bought a used car and two days later check engine light went on and cruise control began to blink. Had to bring it back twice it get it fixed, over a couple weeks. A couple months later check engine came back on and so did the cruise control. But this time they wouldn't fix. Told me to hit the road! In a nicer way. The sent me to the subaru dealership but they (suburu) charge 135 per diagnostic. So it's currently tight on me! The only reason i'm upset is because I feel like the didn't tell me about the engine problem before I bought it. Could it have been that the engine problem occurred exactly 2 days after I drove the car? Not likely. They either knew or they did not check the car fully before selling it to me. I don't mind- at least I have a car. But be careful if you plan on going there. More

We worked with Rick Peterson and he found me the perfect car for the price and milege. We had checked out other makes and models but when I saw this blue RAV4, I knew it was made for me. Love having the leather heated seats, too. Noticed a couple days later the windshield wipper fluid was not working-made a call spoke with Russ -drove right in and the problem was corrected.
