Chris was very helpful throughout the car buying process and understood my needs as a customer. Ultimately, I wasn't able to buy the vehicle I wanted due to supply shortages and a short timeline, but he hel and understood my needs as a customer. Ultimately, I wasn't able to buy the vehicle I wanted due to supply shortages and a short timeline, but he helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs and was always very responsive and considerate as we worked together to find something. Once the vehicle finally arrived, he notified me and fit me into his schedule immediately! To my surprise, the service department installed all of the add-ons within 3 days and even placed the new plates. Chris texted me immediately when the vehicle was available for pick-up and had it ready the moment I arrived! I was very happy and satisfied with all aspects of Maplewood Toyota! More

I have bought many new cars from Larry Bain at this Toyota dealership. As always Larry was attentive to my needs and helped me decide what I needed. He is the one person I will work with when buying a Toyota dealership. As always Larry was attentive to my needs and helped me decide what I needed. He is the one person I will work with when buying a new car. Even when I changed options on the car, he made sure it would go thru before the build.
