She gave us clear, concise answers on how to fill out an application and what to expect. I filled it out and she immediately notified my husband and I of our credit. We made an appointment. Met with Anna, who then directed us to Matt Anderson. Matt was wonderful in directing us on the Rav4, what kind of models there are, what colors are available and so on. My husband was particular on the exact amount we would be paying monthly and Matt was upfront and honest on what it would be. He was extremely helpful, in all areas. We test drove the car. Matt was very knowledgeable on the car, all its features and so on. I was very impressed. He was also incredibly friendly, asked my husband and I about our family, what our daughters name is, and so on. I found him to be very personal and down to earth. Thank you Matt! He has proved himself a no-nonsense kind of gentleman and tells it the way it is. I was very intimidated to buy a car the 1st time in my life and he eased me thru the whole process. For a female,it can be nerve racking, to say the least. He has always given me the truth and backs it up, He is always so very pleasant and goes out of his way to make sure not only the sale is what I want and need, but the service afterwards is nothing less than perfect. That is what I like about Rick and Maplewood Toyota is the service I get here. I know if something is not right with my car, he will personally go back and talk to the service department and get it all set up. He is a "no pressure" kind of salesman. He takes the time to go through everything with all the fancy computer stuff that is over a new buyers head and explains it. It's his caring and honesty that makes him the only car salesman I can ever deal with again. I have referred many a people to him as I know he will take care of them like family!! Great buying experience We came to Maplewood Toyota with the purpose of learning more about the Rav4 and the possibility of purchasing one . We were looking for a car with n We came to Maplewood Toyota with the purpose of learning more about the Rav4 and the possibility of purchasing one . We were looking for a car with new safety features, particularly the technology package. Our expectation was to simply learn more and perhaps sit inside a Rav4 to see what the visibility was from the car. Jim Miller was the person who came to offer his help. He began answering questions and gave us an opportunity to sit inside a Rav4. Then he offered us the opportunity to drive one with the technology package. He made us feel comfortable all along and did not pressure us at any point. After driving the car, we realized it was what we were looking for. Jim then began talking with us about how we might envision a deal to purchase the car. We discussed a car to trade in and a amount of of money we would pay. At first his amounts and ours didn't quite fit, so he asked what we felt would be comfortable for us. He got the ok from the manager and we purchased the car. All along the way, we were made comfortable with the process. When we returned to finish the purchase, Jim spent considerable time with us showing us all the many features of our new car. We are very pleased with the entire experience at Maplewood Toyota and the car we have purchased. More

Apparently Toyota and dealerships don't care about customers I want people to know how Toyota treats their loyal customer. Our family has bought 4 brand new cars with 7 year warranties within the past 10 years a I want people to know how Toyota treats their loyal customer. Our family has bought 4 brand new cars with 7 year warranties within the past 10 years and this is the level of "customer service" I got. The car was suppose to be a present to my parents and I wanted it perfect. Now its not... $D = Dealership; $T = Corporate Toyota; 8/8 I bought a new 2014 Scion xB with warranty and rust proofing. I told the salesman that I'll take it with no front license plate. 8/18 Took the car in for rust proofing at $D. $D decided to drill two holes and put on the front license plate. I complained and parts/service director said he'd call me about getting a new bumper within 24 hours. 8/20 Waited 48 hours and still no call. I called the parts/service director and he'll look into it. I also called $T and made a complaint since he lied and I had to initiate the conversation. $T stated that someone should call me by 8/22 to address the issue. 8/21 Parts/service director from $D called and basically said the same thing as yesterday. 8/22 I called $T and told them no one called. Apparently the call yesterday from $D was considered a follow-up. I told $T I wanted to speak to someone that could help me, not tell me the exact same thing as yesterday and the day before. $T said he left a message with $D to call me back. 9/4 Called $T to follow-up. $T couldn't connect to $D and gave me their number. I called $D and got belittled. $D didn't care about my time and said they'll replace the bumper if possible (since they'll take it off a new car and that requires a lot of hoops to jump through) or write me a check for the cost of a bumper. If $D can't get a bumper, tough luck. I asked for fog lights and no bumper to make up for my time wasted and to save them time/money from finding a new bumper but that was not happening... 9/4 Called $T again and told them what happened. $T called $D and confirmed the conversation. I asked $T what they will do if I didn't get the bumper and they said I would have to look outside of $T for help. More
