She was very convincing -- we planned to get undersealing but ended up purchasing the complete package of five. She also has a great sense of humor. She arranged to have all of the add-ons installed the next day. Vicky was very competent and did an excellent job of efficiently organizing all of the paperwork. We needed an AWD car in a market that is so very tight. Maplewood Toyota had a lightly used RAV 4, which we purchased, and has been just excellent. Our salesman, Cha Yang, is absolutely outstanding.
