My wife and I were on the fence about what type of vehicle to buy and we met with Liz Sampair to help us figure it out. We were upfront and honest with Liz that we weren't planning on buying that day, but just wanted to see some possible vehicles we had come across online. Liz was very understanding and provided us with a lot of information about the three types of vehicles we were considering. We test drove two vehicles and looked inside another two. We were able to compare and contrast them; we left the dealership and did some additional research at home. Everything Liz told us about the vehicles and Pros/Cons checked out online. We felt that it was a honest conversation with Liz and that we could trust her input on the vehicles. We also looked around online to see if we could find better deals on the 2016 Toyota RAV4 XLE we chose, but Maplewood Toyota by far had the best prices and financing options. We went back to the dealership two days later and purchased the vehicle with Liz. She was also very considerate of my preferred name choice and informed other staff members that we would be interacting with of my name so that there would be no errors or confusion. Liz also helped us with the Bluetooth and navigation system in the vehicle. She walked us through step by step to make sure it was connected to our devices and that our home address was correctly saved in the system. It was a big help since neither of us had ever used a vehicle with a touch screen or built-in navigation system. The whole process took under four hours. It was a great experience and we highly recommend visiting Liz if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

Really impressed with this dealership! We had been searching for a new or used Chevy Suburban, but they had become difficult to find, especially with the features we were looking for. Our neighbor Jim Gerritsen works for Maplewood Toyota, so we took a look to see if they had any used ones on their website. They did! We called him up and made sure it was still available and told him we would be right over. Jim out us in touch with a great sales guy, Greg Gustafson, and they had the Suburban out front waiting for us, which was incredibly nice, especially as it seemed they were noticeably busy. We took it for a test drive and it was exactly what we had been searching for! We came back and they had offered us a reasonable price and that was it! Greg walked us through the whole purchase process and took care of everything. We had a 40 min wait to get into the finance office because it was so busy, but they continuously updated us as we waited. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and on top of everything. Very pleased and happy with our purchase! More
