I shopped during the Toyotathon and worked with Rick Schaffhausen. He was polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, the RAV4 Hybrid. He allowed me to drive the vehicle by m Schaffhausen. He was polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, the RAV4 Hybrid. He allowed me to drive the vehicle by myself and then offered a good value for my trade-in. He was very low pressure and when I told him I was going to "think on it", he did not pressure me to 'seal the deal" then and there. I told him I would follow up with him in two days when he was back at work. He called me the morning he returned and asked if there was anything he or the dealership could do to earn my business. I told him what I wanted, and he told me they would honor my request. Prior to this, there were two emails from him thanking me for visiting Toyota and letting me know he was available if I needed any further information. Two days later, I picked my car up, Rick synced the car with my phone, my garage door opener, and hooked me up with the Toyota app with the remote start for my car, etc. He showed me the other things to give me a good running start with my car. The whole process with meeting with the finance manager for my loan, to learning about my car from Rick took less than 2 hours. I was very happy with Rick and his treatment of me through the entire process and I would refer family and friends to Rick and Maplewood Toyota. PS, I love my new RAV4 Hybrid. More
