So I went in to the dealership on "Black Friday" 2019, and worked with Peter on the purchase of Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Totota Camry LE. No pressure ... he just worked me through their process, and I drove away with a very nice pre-owned car with a fair trade on my 2003 Toyota Camry. Peter even helped with an issue that came up after my purchase that required him and the dealership to bend over backwards to resolve. Peter and Maplewood Toyota took care of things with no stress for me and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Peter Ihle to anyone looking for a great guy to work with for a car purchase. I got the most dishonest experience from Maplewood Toyota. I got robbed kindly. The sales techniques so aggressive they will say anything to make the sale. They even told me I don’t need full coverage on a brand new car if I buy their GAP insurance. $25k car I walked away with $33k loan. The salesman said “8 years of any problem is on Maplewood Toyota.” Never buy car from that place. Terrible. I will report them to BBB. More
