Slow sales response and incompetent Finance Department Had a terrible experience again with the Finance Department - first when we leased and again when we bought out the lease. Incorrect lease terms Toyo Had a terrible experience again with the Finance Department - first when we leased and again when we bought out the lease. Incorrect lease terms Toyota would not accept weeks after the deal closed, missed deadlines for the cash payment to us for our trade, problems with the title including lates fees charged to us for their late processing. You are just a sale to them and the managers seem indifferent to all the issues. More

Long waits for service every time I have been in for service the wait has been at least 2 hours and up to 5 hours for just oil changes.
