Super-fast and pleasant service experience Had my 2009 Prius in for routine maintenance - dropped it early for 7 AM service and waited in nice waiting room with good coffee. As they are so busy Had my 2009 Prius in for routine maintenance - dropped it early for 7 AM service and waited in nice waiting room with good coffee. As they are so busy (pothole season) I was ready for a long wait, but they decided to put multiple techs on the early cars to get the service bays free for the onslaught of ruined tires! I was back in my car (which was washed nicely) at 7:40 AM! Everyone was so nice - a perfect car service experience. More

All too often dealerships seem to be interested in getting more from your pockets than just that of the sale. Doesn’t seem to be true of Maplewood Toyota. They also seem to be able to remember you. The service writer recognizes me (I don’t go in frequently enough to warrant this) and every time I’m there the salesman (who sold me the car two years ago) knows me and greets me. Great organization. If your looking to buy or have your vehicle serviced I’d highly recommend them. More
