Great emergency response by service department - you ROCK! I had the misfortune of hitting a downed (LARGE) street sign on Thurs evening in Stillwater. Luckily it sounded much worse than it was. But I was af I had the misfortune of hitting a downed (LARGE) street sign on Thurs evening in Stillwater. Luckily it sounded much worse than it was. But I was afraid I might have done damage to the undercarriage and tires. It took a chunk out of my front bumper. So I called Toyota, asked if I could get in the next morning. They didn't hesitate, told me to come over, they'd throw it up on the hoist and check it out - free! An hour later, I was driving away with a cleanly washed car, assured that there were no leaking fluids, gas tank in tact, tires all good. What a relief!!! Thanks guys! Now I just need to get that bumper fixed.... More
