For 23 years, Tim Marburger has served North Carolina's automotive sales and service needs through his stores in Shelby, Albemarle, and Forest City.
In 1999, the Marburgers added to their Chrysler Jeep franchise in Shelby by adding a Nissan franchise. They soon outgrew their facility. So in 2003 they moved to current location on East Dixon Boulevard. The business grew again in October of 2012 when Chrysler awarded the Marburger's with Dodge and RAM franchises.

Terrible Parts/Service Departments. Twice have been told parts are available for Recall Repairs. Have taken off work twice to take car in for said recall repairs. TWICE have arrived only Twice have been told parts are available for Recall Repairs. Have taken off work twice to take car in for said recall repairs. TWICE have arrived only to be told that the parts aren't there. They seem to disappear after being told they are "reserved" for repairs. NO communication between Parts and Service. Customer spends all their time calling between the two departments. Absolutely Unacceptable considering. Then they insult you with the offer of a free oil change for your troubles. That hardly compensates me to take time off AGAIN , after having done so originally. More

Great Service and Experience My wife and I were in the market for a 3 row crossover after her previous car was going to require more maintenance than the car was worth. We were r My wife and I were in the market for a 3 row crossover after her previous car was going to require more maintenance than the car was worth. We were recommended to Marburger Chrysler by my wife's father who has been purchasing from them for years. I spoke with Chad and he asked me what we were looking for, what our budget was, what were key features we needed to have. He found a new Dodge Journey that had the key features we needed and was able to work it in at a very competitive price. He also provided us with a used vehicle that met the same requirements, but would have been less expensive. There was no pressure on us to purchase and Chad, Matt, and Mike were all very helpful and seemed focused on getting us what we needed versus trying to put us in a vehicle we didn't want. A side note, we were also working with them from a state away in which they covered sending a driver down to us (in South Carolina on the Georgia border) with the new vehicle and took my wife's trade in back up. In a few years when I'm looking at replacing my car I will definitely be heading back to Marburger Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Obviously this is my personal experience, but I do recommend them highly. More

I would buy again and again I went to just drive through and look at a car that I had seen online. I had been looking at dozens of Nissan Maximas and had just not found the right one for the price and the options I wanted. Beverly Hudson came out with a smile and a handshake. She immediately asked if she could pull it out into the lot where we could have a better look. After a test drive and a very little negotiating on the price, I bought the car. It was a very easy and pleasurable experience. One I would repeat over and over again. The Marburger family is friendly, yet professional and not pushy. I'm so happy with their service and my beautiful car!! More

Me and my wife recently made a decision to purchase our first car. With low credit and really low income finding one for our newly started family was a challenge. After a few local and non-local car lots had discussed possible options, none were as ideal for our situation as Marburger. The folks at Marburger Chrysler Jeep Ram were there on the spot. I had just found out about their store online and happened to pass by. I often passed them by dismissing them as being out of our price range and affordability but after seeing them online and their options I stopped by one day after coming from another dealership.... The next day I was driving! Thanks for the help Marburger; and also to our Sales specialist Mark Grant, who considered our income and provided the best option for our family. You guys do the deals the other guys won't... and have the cars the other guys don't! More
