This will be the third vehicle my husband and/or I have purchased from Marchant Chevrolet. We pretty much don't bother with going to too many other dealerships because the experience at Marchant is just t purchased from Marchant Chevrolet. Shawn Couch is one of the main reasons why we have returned so many times. With Shawn, you know upfront there will not be any of the games most car dealerships play. We do OUR homework first, then go to Marchant to see what is available. If we find what we're looking for, and we're willing to pay the price quoted, we're done, and we walk away happy. We know there have not been a ton of fees, extra charges and hidden costs added on to the price of the vehicle. If we don't find what we're looking for on that initial trip, Shawn will check in with us when the 'right' vehicle comes in, and we go back to Ravenel.
