My experience with Mariano Rivera Honda was very pleasant. Without an appointment, I walked in one day looking for a CR-V and I had the pleasure of working with Julia. She was absolutely terrific fr pleasant. Without an appointment, I walked in one day looking for a CR-V and I had the pleasure of working with Julia. She was absolutely terrific from start! While I couldn’t get a deal done on that day and left the dealership without a vehicle, Julia’s willingness to explore every area in order to get me what I was looking for was remembered. A few days later I answered a phone call and was very excited when I learned it was Julia calling me with “awesome news!” We were both excited as we were both on the same page and was able to get a deal done. I left a deposit and waited a few days for my vehicle to arrive at the dealership. Throughout the process, Julia was very responsive each time I call or text her. That type of communication is totally awesome and unforgettable. Once the vehicle became available, Julia immediately called and notify me. My entire experience of working with Julia has been absolutely wonderful and I will continue to recommend her service. To Julia Granados, thank you so much for such awesome experience!
