David was excellent. He took the time to explain everything, wasn't pushy and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone at the Dealership was friendly and courteous. I would have appreciated the loaner car during the 6 weeks I waited for my air conditioning part. When I returned from vacation and the parts still I would have appreciated the loaner car during the 6 weeks I waited for my air conditioning part. When I returned from vacation and the parts still had not arrived, I was offered a loaner car which I appreciated. With final payment I was offered 10% off of labor and detailing which I appreciated. I feel like American Honda should have paid for the air conditioning part since the car is only 7 years old. I expressed this to them since I have owned/inherited 8 Hondas and I have never had a major part break! More
