Brought my car in to this dealership for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation. It was closer than Smithaven, where I usually go, and I had received coupons in the mail, so I thought I would t for an oil change and tire rotation. At first, the coupon I brought in for a tire rotation in addition to the oil change was not accepted, but I asked, and the manager approved it. I enjoyed the spacious set up, and that it was quiet and not crowded with people. The waiting areas were spotless and comfortable. I was able to get lots of work done sitting at a table while waiting in the kids nook, which was empty. Complimentary coffee, tea and cold water were available there, but I overheard at least 2 people ask for creamer, which had apparently run out, with no offers to replenish it, which would have been the professional response. After 90”, I got my car, which they had washed, as a courtesy - what a nice gesture! I received 2 service recommendations, and will likely return, due to the positive experience. I will continue to come here if it continues. Thank you. More
