Never called me back to let me know car is ready, was never told I would be charged 3 % using ( $24.00 who carries around $800 cash ) a credit card. I really love that the sales manager, Frank Rossano, came over to speak with us throughout the process, to make sure that our experience was happy. Finally, Nicolas Malena made sure that the sale process and extended warranty selection was a good fit for us. The entire process, beginning with researching the cars on the dealer website, to making an appointment, to working with our salesperson, test driving the cars, trade-in, paperwork, etc., went very smoothly. A lovely car-buying experience overall. I am enjoying riding my new 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport tremendously! Extremely pleased and telling all of our friends and family!!
