At the dealership where I purchased the truck, the salesman told me the truck would be washed, but he didn't have it washed. There was a privacy cover for the rear cargo area on the test drive. Wasn't there when I picked the truck up and when questioned about the cover, he stated "If it is not in there now there was none". I am really happy with the Mariano Rivera Honda, they did the small things that the dealership that I bought the truck from didn't. I would have given five stars and rated everything Very Good, but I brought the truck in for a recall on Saturday, and when I left there was a rattle under the dashboard. It was a rattle I could not live with. They were closed Sunday and brought the truck back Monday. I was in and out in 15 mins. with the rattle gone. I guess you could say I am really critical of the small inconvenience. Compared to the other dealer, Mariano Rivera Honda and the staff are definitely five stars. I feel the recall was rushed (it took all day) and if that extra time was taken I wouldn't have had to bring the truck back. No harm no foul. I will not go back to the dealership I bought the truck from, Mariano Rivera Honda is now my new dealership. More

Overall was a great experience going in dropping off my car discussing everything that needed to be done with my car pricing getting into my loaner. I was told roughly my estimate was $1,430 when I arrived to pick up the car it was 2350 I was a little upset but it is what it is I did approve an additional buyer to be installed so I know it would be a little bit more than the original 1430 I was supposed to receive some discounts. They were only able to Discount me a hundred bucks. I ended up paying almost $800 more than what I bought was estimated. Other than that my overall experience is great great atmosphere great people. One thing I was not happy about was my power steering fluid was past the low level marking. Other than that my experience is great I wish they would have seen that. More
