Nice people. Clean. However they charge 3.5% to use your credit card, which most people use for payment. On a small amount that is not alot, but if your bill is 1 Clean. And, I didn't know until I went to pay. You need to have your employees verbally tell customers. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I won't return unless they get rid of the credit card fee. More

We recently purchased a Certified used 2019 Honda Civic from Mariano Rivera Honda in Port Jefferson and our experience could not have been more satisfying. Our daughter just graduated fro 2019 Honda Civic from Mariano Rivera Honda in Port Jefferson and our experience could not have been more satisfying. Our daughter just graduated from college and we needed a third vehicle in the family. We visited a few local car dealerships but the way we were treated by the staff here was second to none. From the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted by an associate but not pressured. After spending sometime looking at their inventory the car we ultimately purchased caught our eye. We met with Frank Rossano who is the Sales Manager and explained our recent experiences with the other dealerships. He immediately put us at ease. He is definitely a great asset to his team. The price we negotiated was the price no additional hidden fees which was not the case elsewhere. The whole team there could not have been any more accommodating to us!
