I don’t like being pressured to trade in my car. How many times can a person say they are not interested? Also, if I drive an SUV then a loaner SUV should be provided. Cavene was rude and condescending on multiple occasions! We had a terrible shopping experience and weren’t even given a run through of the car and it’s features before leaving the lot! My wife bought a car the same week with another dealer and we had a completely different experience where we have them a 5 star google review !
