It was a great experience placing an order to lease a car … a few weeks later they told me my car was no longer available so we cancelled the order. No problem. Then I get a letter a couple weeks later that … a few weeks later they told me my car was no longer available so we cancelled the order. No problem. Then I get a letter a couple weeks later that my credit check had been run, which they guaranteed would not happen since my order was canceled. I called several times to inquire but the sales guy kept hanging up on me when I asked to speak to the credit manager. Everyone makes mistakes but please just own your mistake and apologize, don’t just ignore a potential customer who will now never go back. More
