Thought we would try this center as it is closer to home than Baron in Patchogue. Brought my car in for an oil change. The receipt indicated that the incorrect weight oil was used. When my husband called th than Baron in Patchogue. Brought my car in for an oil change. The receipt indicated that the incorrect weight oil was used. When my husband called the service center he was told that the correct oil was used but the incorrect one was printed on the receipt. Because we were not sure, my husband decided to change the oil himself. When he drained the oil it was exceptionally dark with particulate matter - it truly looked as if the oil had not been changed. The car had been driven 6.2 miles between the service center and my home. If that wasn't disturbing enough, they changed the license plate brackets so that I would be advertising their dealership.
