I had a 9am appt for a NYS inspection. I didnt leave the dealership till 11:30am. I also had a issue with one of the rear windows, that once i found out it would cost 170.00, I told Stepha I didnt leave the dealership till 11:30am. I also had a issue with one of the rear windows, that once i found out it would cost 170.00, I told Stephanie, to forget about having the Tech, do the Evaluation. It was done anyway as a courtesy. Which was fine since I didnt have any idea as to what kind of Warrenty I had on the car. Stephanie helped me get the info about my Warrenty. My visit was last Saturday 8/26. Stephanie told me she would contact me with more info about getting the window mechanism repaired on mon, or tuesday, 8/28 or 8/29. As of today 9/2, I still have not gotten any contact from her. I want to give 5 stars to everyone but since it took 2 1/2 hrs as i stated earlier, and no contact from Stephanie about getting my car window repaired, must give out only 3 stars. The reason, I came to the dealership is because Mariano Rivera is a man of Faith and Integrity, and so am I. That being said I will come back, but I am still waiting for Stephanie or someone from the service dept to contact me. Thank you and God Bless! More
