I had an appointment at noon I dropped the car off at 11:50am. I then called around 1:30pm my car wasn’t in the shop yet or seen. The girl tells me they service the people waiting first.I mean then why have an appointment I think it’s very unfair! I was picked up by someone so I didn’t have to sit around and wait for it. Every other time I came there I would wait and it would be 2-3 hours just to do an oil change that takes 30-45 minutes tops! Honda hasn’t accommodated me in any way since getting this car I will sure be happy once I turn in the lease to Honda and will make sure I never purchase anything from Honda! I pay my bill on time every month I had a Honda civic before this car and to be treated like this is very unfair! I will also write a letter directly to the CEO of Honda explaining my frustration with Honda. More

Not a good experience. Did not want the dealerships financing because my bank gave a much better rate. They tried to push their financing on me. Brought my car in to this dealership for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation. It was closer than Smithaven, where I usually go, and I had received coupons in the mail, so I thought I would t for an oil change and tire rotation. It was closer than Smithaven, where I usually go, and I had received coupons in the mail, so I thought I would try it out. At first, the coupon I brought in for a tire rotation in addition to the oil change was not accepted, but I asked, and the manager approved it. I enjoyed the spacious set up, and that it was quiet and not crowded with people. The waiting areas were spotless and comfortable. I was able to get lots of work done sitting at a table while waiting in the kids nook, which was empty. Complimentary coffee, tea and cold water were available there, but I overheard at least 2 people ask for creamer, which had apparently run out, with no offers to replenish it, which would have been the professional response. After 90”, I got my car, which they had washed, as a courtesy - what a nice gesture! I received 2 service recommendations, and will likely return, due to the positive experience. I will continue to come here if it continues. Thank you. More
