DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT purchase a vehicle from ALM in Marietta. My husband and I purchased a Chevy Equinox and a Toyota Tacoma from ALM in August of 2022 and we are still to this day seething with rage. Marietta. My husband and I purchased a Chevy Equinox and a Toyota Tacoma from ALM in August of 2022 and we are still to this day seething with rage. It’s now July of 2025 and they still haven’t made things right. We were sold a 2019 Toyota Tacoma with no key fob (just one old school key!!!!) and a 2020 Equinox with only one key fob. Of course the keys weren’t handed to us until after we had put down $20,000 on EACH VEHICLE!! Yes, 20K on each vehicle! Afterwards we contacted them about the issue. ALM Marietta told us they would send someone out to program 2 new key fobs for the Tacoma and one extra fob for the Equinox. Weeks later someone came to our house and programmed one fob for the tacoma and one for the equinox. The Tacoma fob was faulty and only worked half the time, then stopped working completely after 2 weeks. We thought it was a battery issue so we replaced the battery. That did nothing. We texted the man who was sent from ALM to program the key fobs for us and he told us that ALM had not even paid him. He didn’t receive a dime for the work he did. To this day, we still don’t have a fob for the Tacoma. The one we were given is basically junk. I’ll add that when I took the equinox to be detailed the first time, a child’s toy was found beneath the backseats. That is completely unacceptable. My husband and I do not have children so clearly ALM did not inspect the Equinox beforehand or clean it properly before leaving the lot. We sincerely hope that ALM MARIETTA has new management now and will stand by their word. We both felt the need to warn others by leaving negative reviews shortly after our purchases but I don’t want to do that again. More
