Approximately one week before arrival I worked with Tom Donalson to negotiate for the purchase of a Prius. He was just as professional as he could be, gave us a fair deal, and took the time to be sure that when we left the dealership we had everything we need, along with a very thorough hands-on overview of the car. What was amazing to me is that he left me a message today (4 days after we bought the car) to be sure my daughter has settled in and asked sincerely if she needed anything. Truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! More
