The car buying process is completely broken. Not sure there's any dealer you can recommend right now. Really frustrating negotiation where I know I left money on the table just so I could avoid more sales conversations. And with a manager who was a combination of insulting and patronizing while seemingly lying. And then a finance person who was seemingly trying to convince me I was making a bad purchase with the car by explaining how unreliable the car was. Including printing out paper showing Google AI results for common issues with the car. Was super confusing - felt like the right move based on how unreliable he was saying the car was to just walk away. But I knew I wanted the car so I just ignored it. Strange with it being the second car I've gotten from them and with a referral to them in between. Evan was great at least and others around the dealership seemed friendly - pickup experience was smooth. More
Incredible customer service, communication, speed of service & value! Having only dealt with a Honda dealership in the past, I’m excited that owning a Toyota has me not dreading my service needs now! service & value! Service center definitely needs to be renovated. Compared to the other dealers on the same road they are lacking in cleanliness and amenities. Compared to the other dealers on the same road they are lacking in cleanliness and amenities. More

I brought my 2017 Toyota Camry in for a right axle replacement. Before this repair, I had no ABS or brake warning lights on my dashboard. Immediately after picking up my vehicle, both the ABS warning replacement. Before this repair, I had no ABS or brake warning lights on my dashboard. Immediately after picking up my vehicle, both the ABS warning light and the brake warning light came on, along with messages to check the anti-lock brake system and brake system. When I contacted the dealership, they would not acknowledge that the issue could have been related to the work they had just completed. Instead, I was told I needed to purchase additional diagnostic services which lead to them stating a brake fluid flush was needed. They wanted me to believe fluids and a sensor were related. Logically it made no sense. Eventually, I agreed to a brake fluid flush, and after that service was performed, the warning lights disappeared and have not returned. While I appreciate that the problem appears to have been resolved, I was disappointed that no one was willing to admit the issue may have been connected to the original repair. As a customer, it was frustrating to feel that I had to pay for another service before my concerns were taken seriously. I expect accountability and transparency from a dealership service department, especially when a problem appears immediately after a repair. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and customer service for future customers. More
