Absolutely a great experience. I called originally about a used MDX I saw on the internet that was very comparable to one my wife and I had test drove at another dealership. The only reason we didn't purcha a used MDX I saw on the internet that was very comparable to one my wife and I had test drove at another dealership. The only reason we didn't purchase that one was due to a minor negotiating differential that Marin Acura was able to accommodate via phone thanks to Ben. We had an excellent experience at Marin Acura. We were able to get exactly the car we wanted (2008 TL with the tech package) at a very fair, perhaps very good, price. They were forthcoming with information about what made the deal make sense for them which allowed us to do the same. In the end we got to their bottom price without trading in our car as they refused to give us more than they could auction it for, a price we were confident we could beat selling it ourselves. And when it came time to manage the financial end, the manager was terrific - gave us very low interest (4.99%) and was a pleasure to deal with. All-in-all, an unexpectedly enjoyable yet businesslike transaction. We recommend this outfit without qualification. More
