several bad experiences with communication, usually I call midday and they have not looked at my car yet. Usually they keep my car multiple days for simple repairs. One time, they had when I left for va call midday and they have not looked at my car yet. Usually they keep my car multiple days for simple repairs. One time, they had when I left for vacation so I left - 2 weeks total, when I got back still had not repaired it. The did it the day I got back and called. Last month, they had it for 48 hours before they tested the one USB port I brought in for and realized they needed to order a part. They never called me when the part came in. I called them 6 weeks later. However, this time, Ian a manager there, texted me at 10am to let me know the car was ready. Maybe there is hope, or maybe just one good day vs several bad ones. It is souring our first Ford experience. More
