Thanks for taking the time to evaluate my feedback, and yes, Bruno went beyond expectations for customer service which is much appreciated. To further explain my disappointment with Subaru, I need to say that while I understand the cost of a new transmission for my 2013 Outback, there was no attempt to offer the slightest reduction in price for an item that , without parts and labor, amounted to $12,000 approximately. If there is no such effort, it seems to me, there is no reason to believe there is a reasonable attempt to promote loyalty to the brand. Again, thanks for contacting me
