After I moved I started taking I bought my car here originally a few years back. But before that I always brought my previous vehicle in for service. After I moved I started taking my car to a dealer closer to my house. But I was very unhappy with the service at the Northridge dealership. Now I've decided to make the trip down to Marina Del Rey no matter what. I always trust you guys and appreciate the care and attention. Incompetent and Unhelpful I purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership. (Which I was waaay over charged for however I blame myself). I also purchased an extended warranty that I decided to cancel just 3 days later! Well the dealership never sent in my cancellation paperwork and 4 monthes later I am still paying the interest on a 2000 dollar warranty!! I have called and spoke to different people every time and I am assured to receive a call back but not one time have I received this call back!! They have cost me 140 dollars so far in interest and havnt even offered to compensate that in anyway! I'm now filing in small claims court in which I'll easily win because I have signed paperwork showing my cancellation!! Today I call and ask the sales manager Eddie what's going on because the other people I've spoke to are not there and his reply was He only sells the cars and this isn't his problem!! (Incompetent much?). Was also rude when he's the one screwing me!?! Wow the nerve of people incustomer service these days!!! Anyways DO JOT BUY FROM HERE!! Go anywhere else besides here or any Norris Auto group dealerships and save yourself a tremendous headache!!! There's waaay better dealers out there More

My Experience Being a young adult, I went to Marina Del Rey Toyota with NO CREDIT. I had a trade-in car, which was a 2009 BMW 535xi. Originally, Donny was helping D Being a young adult, I went to Marina Del Rey Toyota with NO CREDIT. I had a trade-in car, which was a 2009 BMW 535xi. Originally, Donny was helping Daniel (the car salesman) and I with financing options, but all the numbers were TOO high for my budget. I ended up price matching cars around the area, which were around the same year and mileage, but higher on the Marina Del Rey Toyota lot. Eventually, they promised to price match another car that was $1,000 cheaper (a lot for someone under 25 years). Scott ended up contacting me and was able to get my financing and payments to a reasonable, manageable price. Additionally, since having the car, which hasn't even been a month, the financing bank notified me that I got an even lower interest rate from the higher 17% to the middle 14%. With all help of employees at Marina Del Rey Toyota I was really satisfied. The only reason I would rate it a 4/5 is due to the fact that the car I bought didn't have floor mats, which SUCKS, as well as a key that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't which leaves me just hanging around the outside of the car. Additionally, I've had to learn a lot of things about the car referencing to the Owner's Manual. But overall Scott is very helpful! If anyone is looking to purchase a car from Marina Del Rey Toyota, ASK FOR SCOTTS HELP! More
