I got an oil change and tire rotation. When they did the rotation the front and rear tire pressure are off. The front tire pressure is the rear and the rear is the front. If they did a tire change then why wouldn't they make the tires reflect the accurate tire pressure. Disappointed that an actual Chevrolet dealer would not make sure that the tire pressure is correct on a vehicle that it does service on. More

Brought my 2020 silverado in for a scheduled maintenance and oil change. They never rotated my tires. So now I'm not sure if they checked my fluids or my battery life. After 5 visits and an extra $1200. to fix problem that was a warranty Your Shop manager finally listen to me and they replaced the rear struts.
