Quality Dealership to look for New or Used Cars We went to Marine Chevrolet to look for cars for my daughter. She is a recent graduate who is now a registered nurse and looking for a more reliable We went to Marine Chevrolet to look for cars for my daughter. She is a recent graduate who is now a registered nurse and looking for a more reliable car as her current car has over 160,000 miles. We had a general idea of what we were looking for along with a budget that my daughter felt she could afford towards a car payment. When we walked into the dealership, it was very clean and modern looking. We were introduced to our sales rep Pale Chico Becerra who sat us down to identify what we were looking for. He identified several vehicles as an option and we inquired about a car we had seen on the website which was a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. Pale quickly obtained the keys and offered to take us for a test drive so my daughter could get the feel for the car. Pale took his time and we never felt rushed throughout the experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he was showing us and if he didn't know an answer to a question, he obtained it very quickly using his resources. On this day, we had gone to see 5 different dealerships and I personally told Pale that by far he was the most professional and best at his job. Pale is extremely polite and as promised followed up with us two days later to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. For my daughter, this was her first car shopping experience and after dealing with Pale, he made her feel very comfortable in making the best decision for herself in terms of value and quality. We had gone to a competitor of this dealership that same day and in my daughters own words, "That guy reminded me of Donald Trump who made me feel stupid and was more concerned about belittling me rather than helping me find a good car for me." My daughter was quick to point out that Pale was very different than that and she felt like he genuinely was trying to help. As a parent who was trying to help his daughter find an affordable and quality vehicle, I felt we hit a home run when we received the assistance of Pale. Marine Chevrolet has a terrific employee in Pale Chico Becerra. He is not your stereotypical used car salesman and instead relies on his politeness, knowledge, and concern for the customer in building relationships. My daughter will be the first to pass on Pale's name if she is ever asked about shopping for a new or used car. Marine Chevrolet, you have a star that represents your dealership tremendously well and I would would welcome providing any additional feedback management may need to credit Pale Chico Becerra on a job well done.
