Brought my 2020 silverado in for a scheduled maintenance and oil change. They never rotated my tires. So now I'm not sure if they checked my fluids or my battery life. After 5 visits and an extra $1200. to fix problem that was a warranty Your Shop manager finally listen to me and they replaced the rear struts. Not very transparent on total pricing. Was told around $500 for repair, when checked in was shown a price of $556 which was on par. Picked up vehicle and cost was $860. Clips were left off line, shrouds not fastened back into place, lines were running on each other which would cause a leak later down the road. Oil mess left on radiator and frame rails. But it was done in a day so I guess there's that. They've done good work before, so maybe a holiday rush job. More

The service department staff at Marine Chevy are very courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and even get you a ride back to get your car when finished.
