He then proceeded to question me about it....like yikes. At that point I was like whatever, what a jerk but I get his intention. What kind of kicked it over the edge for me was hat during the test drive the sales rep kept making comments related to the fact I am female. Like for a truck this size, it really handles great, I mean even you, a little lady, can handle it. xxx. I guess I just didn't expect to encounter that amount of gender related issues when trying to purchase a vehicle. More

I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful sales person by the of Nelda.She showed me the Terrain I was interested in and let me take it for a test drive.Within an hour I was ready to purchase the vehicle.This was a Saturday afternoon and I was able to pick up my Terrain on Monday evening. The worst service department in the USA . I bought a brand new Cadillac CTS from this dealership, the engine light illuminated within the first week of ownership. After 15,000 miles, I was inf I bought a brand new Cadillac CTS from this dealership, the engine light illuminated within the first week of ownership. After 15,000 miles, I was informed that I needed back brake pads. After 30,000 miles, I was informed that I needed front and rear brake pads. I received a voucher for a free oil change from Daddario, which I redeemed and still owed $100 for labor. This dealership is an unethical business and I would not recommend it to anyone. More
