I spoke to a sales associate named Robin over the phone about a vehicle I was interested in. She sent me a video of the vehicle and after viewing, I told her my requirements and she did everything she coul about a vehicle I was interested in. Jerry was always available and relayed a thoughtful, well-informed reply. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I would get the exact truck I wanted despite the incredible difficulty with finding a 2022 Tundra this year. I spoke with a lot of salespeople at other dealerships and Jerry would absolutely be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I’m a Toyota devotee and for as long as he’s still working, I’ll be buying my vehicles from Jerry. A+ experience. Though I only spoke with him for 15 minutes or so (because he got me in and out so quickly) Pete Buttitta from finance was also great. He did a fantastic job laying out all my options for me and I never felt any pressure whatsoever to add anything I didn’t want. I had always been happy with Toyota until recently. I spent around 500 dollars between the Marion Toyota service department and the collision center in Marion. I was trying to get a clunk in the fron I spent around 500 dollars between the Marion Toyota service department and the collision center in Marion. I was trying to get a clunk in the front end fixed. Toyota replaced some things and said I was good to go. But the noise persisted visit after visit. The last time I spent over three hundre dollars to have it not be fixed. I took it somewhere else, to a trusted mechanic I had work done with for years. Three hundred dollars later the car is totally quiet again. There were several problems that had been totally missed by Toyota service. I am quite disappointed with them. I may still get oil changes there, but I am not sure. I can't believe the service folks could have missed all the problems that existed to cause the noise in my front end. Sorry for the bad review, but I am really disappointed and frustrated and in the past have always been very happy with the work done there. I have come away wondering if they just didn't want to bother with my car. More
