When there was a mixup pertaining to the transfer of license plates, Mario took decisive action immediately and had everything back in order within a day. He treated us like we were family. This man is a tremendous addition to Mark Chevrolet. Mario made our car buying experience worry-free. He also came over to our home and made a serious attempt to synchronize our garage door opener to the Equinox. It turned out that our garage door opener was too old to have had that completed. More
