I was hesitant to part ways with the vehicle that I traded in. When I wanted to walk away, Kirk never pressured me to stay. He gave me my key and then asked what my concerns were. We chatted for a bit and he presented me with a few other options. He was able to come up with a deal that made me feel comfortable enough to drive off in a new Silverado. So far I love it! Kirk's attention to detail was impeccable. One of the wheels when I took delivery had a few spots on it and that wasn't good enough for Kirk, (looked great to me) so while he was walking me through all the features, staff was out and touched up all four of the wheels. Great job by all! More
