From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate to the completion of the work I fe I was very pleased with my entire experience at Mark Chevrolet! From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate to the completion of the work I felt like I was treated with kindness, respect and helpfulness. They answered all of my questions and helped through the entire process of an insurance claim. When I picked up my car I was amazed with the work they did. I was also very surprised and happy to see that they took the time to clean up the inside and outside of the entire vehicle! It was like I was driving off of the lot with a brand new car again! More

I chose Mark Chev because of the outstanding customer service I had experienced in the past. This visit was no different. When making the appointment, Amanda in the service department went above & beyond to work around a busy schedule I had. Once my vehicle was taken in, the repair work, along with an oil change was completed quickly. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was promptly greeted and was in and out quickly. I will return to Mark Chev for all my service needs in the future. While I have several dealerships within a 5 mile radius, the extra drive is worth the outstanding service. Great job, keep up the great work! More

Terrible service. Terrible customer care. NEVER going back My car is part of the Cobalt recall disaster of '14 with the ignition switch issue. I called on April 23 and ordered my part. Called back multiple t My car is part of the Cobalt recall disaster of '14 with the ignition switch issue. I called on April 23 and ordered my part. Called back multiple times and told it wasn't in yet. I understand that wasn't their fault. So, I called early last week (week of 6/9)and asked for a loaner car if my part was going to be delayed any further. All of a sudden - my part is there! Nice. I should have stayed away. I make an appointment and inform them I have a remote starter. I was told it wasn't a problem. Dropped the car off for service at 8am on Saturday, June 14 and informed the person that took the keys that I had a remote starter on the car. Great. Three hours later - car is ready. Go and get it and try the remote starter. It doesn't work. I walk back in and talk to the person at the desk who gets the manager. Older guy in a suit. He tells me it's an aftermarket remote starter and therefore not his problem. I ask how this is possible since it worked when I dropped it off. He continues to tell me it's not his problem. I call him a few choice words and leave. Except - MY CAR WON'T START. Get the manager again who tries - nothing. He goes to get a tech. It starts. The tech says he's going to check it out. We wait. Wayne, the technician, came back out to talk to us with the name and number for a place i have to go to get the remote starter reset. He apologizes for the issue (THE FIRST PERSON TO DO SO!) and was the only good thing about this place. I now have to go to a different place to have them reset the starter before it can be used. If I hit the button - my car is on lockdown for 5-10 minutes and won't start. I understand that the dealership isn't responsible for making my remote starter line up, especially since it is aftermarket. However, I informed them twice that I had one and was told it wasn't a problem. Then, when I told them it wasn't working, they acted like they had no clue my car had one installed....guess the remote started on the keys I gave them needed a BIGGER NOTE??? The way the manager spoke to me was unacceptable. It's not "his problem" is never something a customer should be told. Bottom line - Wayne, you should go to a different dealership. You don't belong with this group. I will NEVER go here again, and because of this experience and the recalls that GM has been plagued with, I will not be buying a GM. Good luck on continuing to cause your customers pain. More

Best Customer Service My husband and I purchased a 2014 Traverse back in Decemver 2013 from Nesa and was the greatest service representative we had ever experienced. She h My husband and I purchased a 2014 Traverse back in Decemver 2013 from Nesa and was the greatest service representative we had ever experienced. She has now moved to the service department and has given us nothing but the best customer service ever. We had a issue with our radio shutting off automatically and spitting out CD's and took in my truck a couple times and the service team reloaded a program to see if it would fix the issue. It was still happening and so I called back and spoke to Nesa, who was going to speak to her manager to see what else can be done. Although that was a busy day for her, she did tell me she was going to call me back that day, however, she went to great lengths to contact me after hours to let me know what they were willing to do. My Traverse is now in the shop and was even given a rental as the warranty is still good on my truck and nevertheless, her brite smile make me want to see her as she treats us like family. We are so pleased and thankful for Nesa and her patience in getting things resolved for us that we would recommend this dealership to family and friends that are thinking about purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Thank you Nesa for your loyalty and support you have given us during this time of service. More
Took my truck in because I had to jump it every morning for work and after work to get home. Took it in one week later I get it back they said it was my remote start/ alarm and took it out.
