Awesome help! On Monday night my car decided it did not want to run anymore. I had the 2017 vehicle towed to another dealership. On Tuesday they were not able to p On Monday night my car decided it did not want to run anymore. I had the 2017 vehicle towed to another dealership. On Tuesday they were not able to provide me with a loaner car. Thankfully my dad had loaned me his car to go to work. I had to return it to him and was now without a car stuck at work on Wednesday. The current dealer would not return my call. I called Mack Chevrolet and talked with Bob Short. I told him about my dilemma and said I would have my car towed to his dealership if he could get me a vehicle to drive. He said give me a few minutes. Within an hour I received a call from the dealership that has my car. I was told they now have a car for me. I think I got a lot of help from the good people at Mark Chevrolet (Bob Short). Much appreciated for all your help. You get 10 stars from me. More

GM corporate customer service was little help when I called, but Bob worked with GM to get the issue taken care of with payment of a reasonable deductible. 0 stars for the repair service 3 weeks later and the place still has my truck. Took it in to have the rear suspension worked on and have been getting the run around since. They di 3 weeks later and the place still has my truck. Took it in to have the rear suspension worked on and have been getting the run around since. They diagnosed the lines and airbags on both sides were leaking and changed out those parts after 2 weeks at roughly 800 dollars. They called me back after they replaced those parts and told me it was my compressor was now bad and that was another 750 dollars to replace. 3 weeks later the new air bags they installed were also leaking and needed to be ordered and replaced, now this is 3 weeks later. There's more to this story but way to long. I was once important but now that I complained about the time they've had my truck and the poor diagnosising they do with the extra costs I've been put on the back burner. I was suppose to pick up my truck today but but now the new suspension airbag they replaced has a hole in it i guess, from sitting around their dealership to long and something about a hoist, who knows, this is what i was basically told. and will have to wait for another one to be ordered and repaired. 3, 4 weeks this is just unacceptable. Don't complain because once you do, you are nothing to them. They must feel if your already upset then who cares. More

Making the appointment was easy and they were able to get me in within 2 days of my call. The staff this morning was very friendly. I was told to expect about 2.5 hours for the recall work. With adding in the oil change I was there 3 hours. Exactly what I expected. Waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the coffee was always on hand..Thank you for that! I will return for any service needed and am actually looking at trading in the car and purchasing. More
