Nobu was great, he kept me informed during the repairs. The repairs took longer than expected but again, I was informed of the delays. My issue is this... Jackie was was great and super helpful. Unfortunately my car was returned with grease or oil all over my steering wheel, alcantara, door jam etc. There was also around the engine bay as if tech got oil on h car was returned with grease or oil all over my steering wheel, alcantara, door jam etc. There was also around the engine bay as if tech got oil on his hands and didn't care where he touched. Oil around oil cap and dip stick. This car is my baby and it should look the exact same as I left it. I didn't want to bother Jackie with my complaint cause like I said she was awesome but the tech should definitely be spoken to. I cleaned all of this myself but now I have to figure out how to clean the alcantara near the door handle. More

Except for first two services, my CTS has always been serviced at Mark Christopher and Nobu Domon has always been the service advisor. Nobu is friendly, efficient, and always has my CTS completed on tim serviced at Mark Christopher and Nobu Domon has always been the service advisor. Nobu keeps me abreast of needed repairs that are found during inspection; the service department is great, they don't miss a thing. Mark Christopher and the service personnel keep my CTS running great and on the road; I have never worried about about being stuck on the side of the road. More
