I have always come to this dealer, though the dealer is very expensive. They are always extremely busy and my appointment time/date was mistaken. They did end up honoring my appointment, and getting the wo very expensive. They are always extremely busy and my appointment time/date was mistaken. They did end up honoring my appointment, and getting the work done in a timely fashion, so that I could get to an appointment I had elsewhere, though it seemed like 100 cars came in that morning. The last two I went in to have my car serviced for oil change and fluid changes, they put in water instead windshield wiper fluid to clean the windshield. Now the dirt just spreads around because it’s jus change and fluid changes, they put in water instead windshield wiper fluid to clean the windshield. The Service manager, Nobu is an outstanding service provider. However there is no excuse for the deplorable way the dealership is treating its customers. Using the pandemic as an excuse to cut serv provider. However there is no excuse for the deplorable way the dealership is treating its customers. Using the pandemic as an excuse to cut services for its customers would be why this dealership will lose many repeat customers such as myself. You are well aware of the things you have cut and they have nothing to do with the safety of your customers. Shame on you, just to save money you have lost a sixteen year loyal customer. I had a bad experience now twice. I've been a customer for 5 years. My service advisor was a woman at 1st. She was great! I fell like its because he knows I'm a single woman & he thinks I don't know any better. Just recently my Dad was so upset that he went & expressed his concerns, especially since he's the one whom referred me. Our family has done great business Mark Christopher & we had intended to do a lot more, but these latest situations has left very unpleasant experiences for me to consider do anymore business at all.
