Was really dissatisfied with the customer service. Took the truck for service, Erik told my pregnant wife to wait. She waiter for over an hour to receive it after it was already done and paid for. I was not overly thrilled with the experience. The accessories were due in one week and it took 3 and only after the Customer Service Manager stepped in. The loaner vehicle I was promised turned out t accessories were due in one week and it took 3 and only after the Customer Service Manager stepped in. The loaner vehicle I was promised turned out to be a rent a car which I had to put up with a very slow customer service on the back end. The scheduled installation which should only have taken a couple of hours was promised in 1/2 a day (4 hours) actually took 6 hours. Not a happy camper. The service manager was all over it. Thanks for all your help. More
