Oil change Beought in a competitor oil change coupon, and first stated we dont take it. It was for a coupon of $50 oil change. Not Impressed for first service I took my truck in for warranty work and it’s first oil change. Unfortunately some of the problems were intermittent, and the technician was unable to I took my truck in for warranty work and it’s first oil change. Unfortunately some of the problems were intermittent, and the technician was unable to figure out what the problem was and did nothing. One of the problems GM knows about and is trying to figure out how to fix. Another problem the service tech said it was the belt tensioner but the repair tech says it is the aftermarket exhaust. Be nice if you could get your stories the same. I took the truck in Monday, it was invoiced on Wednesday, no calls from the dealership until I called them on Friday. Picked up the truck Friday night unwashed. Great service, not. Oh, I forgot to mention a two hour wait for the shuttle More

Ray Peters has the best customer service I get great customer service from Ray Peters. The wait time is not too bad but it is a little pricey but I trust the service is done well.
