I was told a manager would call me yesterday and didn't. I called this morning was told someone would call me and surprise! No on has!!! It's not a lot of money but your customer service is awful! First time visit.. Overall, the center and the people were great! No issues tgere. However, I was given a service quote and told it was "out the door!" Once I went in to pick up my vehicle, I was told it would be a higher cost. My only point is that if yiu tell a customer a cost as "Out the door total" then, honor that amount. Thanjs very much!
