Great Service as I've come to expect No waiting for appointment time, processed efficiently and waited the two hours as advised for the service work to be done. Very unsatisfied Car was left overnight to perform oil change and also work on issue of car feeling like it was going to stall when car engine goes into start stop sys Car was left overnight to perform oil change and also work on issue of car feeling like it was going to stall when car engine goes into start stop system. We came back next day at 10:30 am to find out car was not done. They had us come back at 11am to pick up our Cadillac and now the car is having more issues with start stop system, very unsatisfied. Dario did his best to get us our Cadillac as soon as he could but we fill like issue is still not resolved. More

Great Service, friendly staff, convenient I call M/C Buick because the battery in my wife's Encore Essence had a dead battery, Nobu called me back right away with options to get the car in if I call M/C Buick because the battery in my wife's Encore Essence had a dead battery, Nobu called me back right away with options to get the car in if I couldn't get it started, luckily I did, so no tow truck this time.. they tested the battery first as necessary, it was bad as suspected, so they replaced it under warranty.. the car was ready within 2 hours of dropping it off with a car wash and a follow up phone call letting us it was ready...
