Oil change I went in for an oil change. I got there and it was packed. My service rep Sam said,” he would have me in and out”. Sure enough i was out within 1 hou I went in for an oil change. Service took way too long I went in for an oil change and to look at a piece of carpet that was coming up from the floor board and the entire service almost took four hours.
